Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - Bladensburg Market Square
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $60,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Aman
Memorial Trust, Inc. for acquisition, planning, design, and
archeological survey of the Bladensburg Market Square, located in
Bladensburg; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject
to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund;
requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust; etc.
