Local Government - Street Lighting Equipment
Providing for the price that a local government shall pay to an
electric company for specified street lighting equipment that is at
least 40 years old under specified circumstances; and altering the
calculation of a purchase price that a local government shall pay to
an electric company for any other street lighting equipment under
specified circumstances.
