Frederick County - County Commissioners - Retirement Benefits
Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County to
establish that each member may receive specified retirement benefits
or to establish in the county retirement program specified criteria
and benefits applying only to County Commissioners under specified
circumstances; placing specified restrictions on the criteria and
benefits; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salaries or
compensation of the incumbent County Commissioners.
