Synopsis:

Authorizing a specified owner of real property to maintain an action to terminate a mineral interest under specified circumstances; establishing actions that constitute use of a mineral interest; requiring an owner to bring an action in the circuit court of a specified jurisdiction under specified circumstances; authorizing an owner of a mineral interest to record a notice of a mineral interest; requiring a court to permit a specified owner to record a late notice; authorizing a specified trust; etc.
