Synopsis:

Authorizing the introduction of specified health care records as evidence in an appeal from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission under specified circumstances; requiring a specified notice to be served to all parties within a specified time period; establishing a specified limit on a verdict or judgment; requiring a court to alter a specified verdict under specified circumstances; clarifying that the Act does not otherwise limit the right to introduce new evidence; defining a specified term; etc.
