Synopsis:

Establishing that a member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board is not entitled to specified compensation or reimbursement; repealing the authority of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board to hear and determine claims, hold hearings, administer oaths, examine any person under oath, and issue subpoenas; authorizing the Board to tentatively determine a claim and request subpoenas for specified purposes; etc.
