Synopsis:

Creating the Family Medicine Rural Health Commission; providing for the composition and staffing of the Commission; providing that a member of the Commission may not receive compensation but may be reimbursed for specified expenses; specifying the duties of the Commission; authorizing the Commission to seek, accept, and expend specified funds and seek, accept, and use specified services; and requiring the Commission to make specified reports by specified dates.
