Altering the definition of "criminal gang" to include a group or association whose members meet specified criteria; adding a definition of "criminal gang member"; altering the list of underlying crimes for criminal gang activity; altering and adding to a specified prohibition on being a criminal gang member or participating in a criminal gang; etc.
