Prince George's County - Property Tax Credit - Senior Citizens

Authorizing the governing body of Prince George's County to grant, by
law, a tax credit against the county property tax imposed on specified
real property owned by individuals at least 65 years old who are of
limited income; authorizing the governing body of Prince George's
County to provide, by law, for the eligibility, amount, and duration
of the tax credit; making the Act applicable to taxable years
beginning after June 30, 2009; etc.
