Synopsis:

Establishing a Maryland Transportation Infrastructure Funding Task Force; requiring the Task Force to review and evaluate current State funding for the Maryland Transportation Trust Fund; specifying the membership and staffing for the Task Force; prohibiting Task Force members from receiving compensation, except for reimbursement of expenses, as specified; requiring the Task Force to report findings and recommendations; terminating the Act; etc.
