Synopsis:

Requiring contracts for the sale of used vehicles to include a notice to the buyer that lists specified defects of the used vehicle sold to the buyer; requiring dealers of used vehicles to be responsible for the cost of specified repairs to the used vehicle; specifying the repairs that must be included in the notice to the buyer; etc.
