Establishing a Task Force on Summer Learning; establishing the membership and staffing of the Task Force; providing for the designation of the chair of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to evaluate and make policy recommendations regarding specified issues; prohibiting the use of State funds to support Task Force activities; requiring the Task Force to submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly by a specified date; etc.
