Crimes - Identity Fraud - Restitution for Loss of Employment or Wages

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order a person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere or who is found guilty of identity fraud to make restitution to the victim for reasonable costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the victim in connection with a loss of employment or wages from employment.
