Requiring a voting system selected by the State Board of Elections to be warranted by the vendor for 2 years; requiring the warranty to require the vendor to replace or upgrade hardware under specified conditions; requiring a warranty to require the vendor to disclose and remedy specified matters relating to a voting system and to recall a voting system under specified circumstances; etc.
