Prince George's County - Sale of Residential Property in a Special Taxing District - Property Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Authorizing Prince George's County to grant a specified property tax credit against the county property tax imposed on residential real property in a special taxing district; establishing application procedures for the credit; requiring that the credit first apply to a specified taxable year; specifying the amount of the credit; authorizing Prince George's County to provide by law for implementing the credit; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2009.
