Synopsis:

Authorizing the placement of specified speed monitoring systems on specified highways in Prince George's County; making specified provisions of law relating to the enforcement of speed limit laws with specified speed monitoring systems applicable in Prince George's County; requiring specified local police departments in Prince George's County to mail citations to the owners of vehicles that are recorded committing specified violations; etc.
