Community Development Administration - Local Government Infrastructure
Financing Program - Capital Reserve Funds
Authorizing the Community Development Administration to establish
capital reserve funds in connection with the financing of
infrastructure projects; providing that the fund may only be used to
pay the principal of, and premium and interest on, obligations secured
by the fund; providing that if the fund balance is below a specified
minimum the Administration shall replenish the fund; requiring, under
specified circumstances, that the Administration request the
Comptroller to advance funds to replenish the fund; etc.
