Prince George's County - Palmer Park Boys and Girls Club Loan of 2001 and Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loans of 2007 and 2008

Synopsis:

Amending the Prince George's County - Palmer Park Boys and Girls Club Loan of 2001 and the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loans of 2007 and 2008 to remove a requirement that the Board of Directors of the Palmer Park Boys and Girls Club, Inc. provide a matching fund; and requiring that the 2001 loan be encumbered by the Board of Public Works or expended for the purposes provided by June 1, 2011.
