Creation of a State Debt - Washington County - Museum of Fine Arts

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital equipping of a courtyard and building for the Museum of Fine Arts, located in Hagerstown; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
