Environment - Incinerator Permits - Conditions for Issuance

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of the Environment from issuing a permit to construct an incinerator unless specified conditions are met relating to the incinerator's zoning and location; and prohibiting local jurisdictions from issuing a building permit for an incinerator unless specified conditions are met relating to the zoning and location of the incinerator.
