Estates - Disqualification - Conviction for Unlawfully Obtaining Property of Vulnerable Adult or Elderly Individual

Synopsis:

Limiting the extent to which a person convicted of a prohibition against unlawfully obtaining property from a specified victim shall be disqualified from inheriting or otherwise benefiting from the estate, insurance proceeds, or property of the victim; providing that a specified person be treated as if the person predeceased a specified victim; requiring a specified person to make full restitution; prohibiting specified persons from being held personally liable under specified circumstances; etc.
