Correctional Services - Limitation on Total Number of Diminution Credits - Primary Drug, Violent, and Sexual Offenders

Synopsis:

Providing that an inmate may not be allowed diminution credits of more than a total of 10 days per month if the inmate's term of confinement includes a sentence for a crime of violence, a crime relating to specified drug offenses, or a crime related to specified sexual offenses.
