Prohibiting, except in specified circumstances, a trustee of a
charitable trust from changing the location in which the trust
administration takes place from a location in this State to a location
outside this State; requiring a trustee that decides to change the
location in which a charitable trust is administered from a location
in this State to a location outside this State to take specified
steps; requiring the Attorney General to review a specified submission
by a trustee; etc.
