Synopsis:

Eliminating parole eligibility for an inmate who is serving a term of imprisonment for a crime of violence involving a victim who was at least 35 years older than the inmate; prohibiting a District Court commissioner from authorizing the pretrial release of a defendant charged with a crime of violence involving a victim who is at least 35 years older than the defendant; etc.
