Synopsis:

Altering the purpose of a specified Clean Energy Loan Program to include providing loans to commercial property owners for the financing of renewable energy products with an electric generating capacity of not more than the equivalent thermal energy output measured in BTUs that is equivalent to 100 kilowatts.
