Entitled:
Child Welfare Training Act of 2010

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Human Resources to identify State funds that are used for the training of the child welfare workforce, in the public and private sector, in order to receive the maximum amount of federal matching funds available to the Department under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act, in accordance with the Adoption Assistance and Child Welfare Act of 1980, P.L. 96-272, as amended.
