Sex Offenders - Registry Information Expansion and Interstate Data Sharing

Synopsis:

Altering requirements relating to the registration of individuals who have committed specified sex offenses to include three tier levels of offenses; providing that specified registration requirements are to be applied retroactively under specified circumstances; requiring persons to register on a specified registry if they have been convicted of specified crimes in specified countries; altering specified requirements for a person under the age of 18 at the time the person commits a sex offense; etc.
