Maryland Port Commission - Membership
Altering the voting membership of the Maryland Port Commission by
adding one member each to represent the Steamship Trade Association of
Baltimore and the International Longshoremen's Association; altering
the number of Commission voting members required to constitute a
quorum; establishing initial staggered terms for Commission
memberships created by the Act; and repealing an obsolete provision
staggering the initial terms of Commission members.
