with Disabilities - Authorized
Authorizing the owner of a motor vehicle to apply to the Motor Vehicle
Administration for a special disability registration number and
special disability registration plates or a parking placard if a
medical professional certifies that a dependent of the applicant has a
disability that meets specified requirements; requiring an applicant
to submit specified proof; authorizing the Administration to review
the severity and permanency of the disability of a dependent of a
motor vehicle owner; etc.
