Health Insurance - Clinically Integrated Organizations

Synopsis:

Authorizing a contract between specified health insurance carriers and specified clinically integrated organizations to include specified payment provisions; authorizing the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to adopt specified regulations; requiring specified carriers to file a specified contract with the Commissioner; requiring the Commissioner to provide a specified copy of a specified contract to the executive director of the Maryland Health Care Commission; etc.
