Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that the Maryland Business Tax Reform Commission submit an interim report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly on or before December 15, 2010; and changing the due date for the Commission to submit a final report from December 15, 2011, to December 15, 2010.
