Crimes - Indecent Exposure and Possession of Child Pornography - Offender Registration

Synopsis:

Providing that the possession of a digital image showing an actual child under age 16 in specified circumstances is a criminal offense; repealing a provision that it is an affirmative defense to a specified violation if a person takes reasonable steps to destroy a specified visual representation; and altering the definition of "offender" to require a person to register on an offender registry if ordered to register by the court and if the person has been convicted of a specified offense of indecent exposure.
