Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified registered offenders from voting at polling places or early voting centers located on school grounds; authorizing specified registered offenders who are prohibited from voting at polling places or early voting centers on school grounds to vote at early voting centers not located on school grounds or by absentee ballot; requiring the supervising authority of specified registered offenders to give written notice and explain the requirements of the Act when a registrant registers; etc.
