Transmission of Information and Record Keeping
Requiring a vehicle dealer to electronically transmit to the Motor
Vehicle Administration the vehicle, owner, insurance, and temporary
registration information contained on the temporary registration plate
application on the same day that the dealer issues a temporary
registration plate for a vehicle; and requiring a dealer who has
applied for temporary registration plates to keep specified temporary
registration plate records for 3 years.
