Modification - Notice and Consultation
Requiring public institutions of higher education to make reasonable
efforts to provide notice to communities located within 3 miles of a
proposed construction site for new structures or for substantial
exterior modifications to existing structures on any land owned,
leased, or operated, wholly or partly, by the institution; requiring
these institutions to make reasonable efforts to consult with these
communities under specified circumstances; etc.
