Anti-Deficit and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2010
Increasing from 7.5% to 22.5% the minimum percentage of estimated
General Fund revenues required in the Revenue Stabilization Account
for purposes of determining whether the Governor is required to
include a specified appropriation to the Account in the budget bill
and the amount of the appropriation required; increasing from 5% to
22.5% the minimum percentage for purposes of determining the
circumstances under which the Governor is authorized to transfer funds
from the Account to General Fund revenues; etc.
