Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Bottle Club Registrations

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City under specified conditions from approving an application for the registration of an establishment used as a bottle club; allowing a person to renew or extend the registration of a specified establishment used as a bottle club; and making the registration of a bottle club nontransferable.
