Nursing Facilities - Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Rights

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified judicial action against specified individuals who fail to comply with a court order to make specified payments, seek assistance from the medical assistance program, or cooperate fully in the medical assistance eligibility process; authorizing the Attorney General to enforce and prosecute specified provisions of law; providing that the Act may not be construed to limit specified legal actions by a nursing facility; etc.
