Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2007 to permit the Board of Directors of the Friends of Old Waldorf School Foundation, Inc. to include funds expended on or after January 1, 2002, in the matching fund; extending the deadline by which the grantee must present evidence that a matching fund will be provided; etc.
