State Police Retirement System - Special Disability Retirement Allowance - Forfeiture

Synopsis:

Prohibiting members or former members of the State Police Retirement System who commit specified criminal offenses during the period of time the member or former member was an employee of the Department of State Police from applying for a special disability retirement allowance; etc.
