Authorizing a condominium council of unit owners, homeowners association, or cooperative housing corporation to execute and record a corrective amendment to the declaration or bylaws to comply with changes in the law that invalidate a provision of the declaration or bylaws; requiring specified documents to be recorded with the amendment; providing for the recordation and effectiveness of an amendment; etc.
