Synopsis:

Altering the term of registration on the sex offender registry for specified juvenile sex offenders; providing for a reduction in the term of registration for specified juvenile sex offenders under specified circumstances; requiring specified juvenile sex offenders to appear at a specified location at specified times for a specified purpose; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services in conjunction with the Department of Juvenile Services to adopt specified regulations; etc.
