Criminal Procedure - Parole - Eligibility
Increasing from 6 months to 1 year the minimum period that an inmate
must be sentenced to serve before becoming eligible to be considered
for an investigation by the Division of Parole and Probation or the
Division of Correction to enable the Maryland Parole Commission to
determine the advisability of granting parole to the inmate.
