Synopsis:

Granting the Montgomery County government exclusive authority to issue permits and enforce regulations and codes associated with construction, or remodeling of school buildings or the placement of relocatable classroom buildings; and defining "Montgomery County government" as including the Montgomery County Planning Department at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
