Unemployment Insurance Benefits - Disqualification
Providing that an individual who is otherwise eligible to receive
unemployment insurance benefits is disqualified from receiving
benefits if the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation finds
that the individual's unemployment resulted from being discharged
because the individual was no longer legally able to work in the
United States.
