Vehicle Laws - Dealers - Licensing and Temporary Registration Plates
Altering the number of vehicles that a person may sell during any 12-
month period before being provisionally included under the defined
term "dealer" as the term applies to specified provisions of the
vehicle law; and repealing a provision of law that requires a motor
vehicle dealer that issues temporary registration plates to apply for
at least five temporary registration plates.
