Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services,
within 5 working days after receiving a specified sex offender
registration statement, to send a copy of the statement to the Motor
Vehicle Administration; requiring the Administration on receipt of the
registration statement to place a specified notation on a driver's
license or identification card issued or reissued to the individual
who is the subject of the statement indicating that the individual is
registered on the sex offender registry; etc.
