Agriculture Activity Center Expansion
Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2007 to change
the purpose of the grant for the Agriculture Activity Center Expansion
to be used for the day use area at the Little Bennett Regional Park;
allowing the matching fund to consist of funds expended prior to June
1, 2007; changing the location of the project to Clarksburg; extending
the deadline for the grantee to present evidence that a matching fund
will be provided to June 1, 2013; etc.
