Prohibition
Prohibiting the State from purchasing infant formula in containers
containing a specified amount of bisphenol-A on or after July 1, 2014;
prohibiting the manufacture, sale, or distribution of specified
containers of infant formula containing a specified amount of
bisphenol-A on or after July 1, 2014; requiring the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations on or before
January 1, 2012; etc.
