Juvenile Services - Recidivism - Reporting
Requiring the Secretary of Juvenile Services to report to the General
Assembly on or before January 1 of each year on the recidivism rates
of children committed to the Department of Juvenile Services for
placement in residential care; establishing that the report shall
include recidivism rates by region for all children committed to the
Department for placement in residential care, and also recidivism
rates by specified facilities; specifying requirements for the report;
etc.
